This page contains the terms and conditions governing use of the v3cuci platform. Please read them carefully before registering or using any of our services. By using this platform, you agree to be bound by all terms stated herein.

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or registering an account on the v3cuci platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the v3cuci platform.
These terms form a legally binding agreement between you as the user and the operator of the v3cuci platform. By accepting these terms, you also agree to comply with all laws and regulations applicable in Malaysia regarding the use of online services.
The v3cuci platform is open only to individuals aged 18 and above. By registering, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement. v3cuci reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to terminate any account that does not satisfy this condition.

Account Creation & Security
To access the full v3cuci experience, you are required to register an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. Each user is permitted only one active account. Creating multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login credentials. v3cuci will never ask for your password through any communication channel. You are accountable for all activity that occurs under your account.
If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must contact the v3cuci support team immediately at [email protected]. v3cuci will not be held liable for any losses resulting from a user's failure to keep their login credentials secure.
User Responsibility & Rules
As a v3cuci platform user, you agree to use this platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable Malaysian laws. You are prohibited from using the platform for fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
Users are strictly prohibited from using automated software, bots, or any other technical means to exploit or manipulate the platform's systems. Any attempt to hack, breach, or disrupt the operations of the v3cuci platform will be reported to the relevant authorities.
Users are also prohibited from posting defamatory, abusive, threatening, or privacy-violating content through any communication feature on the platform. v3cuci reserves the right to remove such content and suspend the relevant account without prior notice.
Payments & Transactions in Malaysian Ringgit
All financial transactions on the v3cuci platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Accepted deposit methods include TNG eWallet, FPX, and local bank transfers via approved financial institutions. v3cuci does not accept direct payments in foreign currencies.
Deposits that have been successfully processed cannot be reversed. Any dispute regarding a failed or unacknowledged transaction must be reported to the support team within 24 hours of the transaction time.
Withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with the verification procedures established by v3cuci. The platform reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal, in compliance with applicable financial regulations in Malaysia.
V3cuci is not liable for any transfer delays caused by third-party financial institutions, system outages, or circumstances beyond the platform's control. All transaction records stored in the v3cuci system are final and binding unless a verifiable error can be demonstrated.
Liability Limits & Account Policy
V3cuci makes no guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption, be free from errors, or be immune to cybersecurity threats. The platform is provided on an "as is" basis, and v3cuci shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses suffered by users arising from their use of or inability to use the platform.
V3cuci reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's account without notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, misuse, breach of terms, or activity that endangers the platform or other users. Funds in a suspended account will be subject to investigation, and the decision of v3cuci management is final.
Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
All content, designs, logos, trademarks, software, and other materials on the v3cuci platform are the exclusive property of v3cuci or its duly authorised licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or exploit any part of the platform without prior written permission from v3cuci.
The v3cuci platform may contain links or references to third-party services. v3cuci does not endorse, approve of, or accept responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party website or service. Users access such links at their own risk and are encouraged to review the relevant third-party terms.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
V3cuci reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice to users. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically to ensure they remain in compliance with the latest terms.
Continued use of the v3cuci platform following any changes to these terms constitutes full acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you are advised to stop using the platform and contact our support team to close your account.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Malaysia.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed inapplicable without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.
